ING Bank Slaski S.A. and ING Bank N.V. have jointly signed a €193 million term loan facility to refinance senior debt related to the Bonarka City Center shopping mall.

Neinver has obtained ISO 50001 certification from TÜV Rheinland for all its shopping and outlet centers. SES Spar European Shopping Centres is expanding its footprint with the acquisition of ARKADIA retail park in Domžale near Slovenia’s capital Ljubljana. The purchase agreement was signed on 11 June 2025 and is subject to approval by the competition authority.
