Aareal Bank has arranged a €128 million top-up facility for Lighthouse Properties to refinance and expand the financing of its Spanish retail portfolio.

The facility adds two shopping centers, Torrecardenas in Almería and Alcalá Magna in Madrid, to Lighthouse Properties’ existing Nexus Portfolio financing.
