Property developer GTC, and architects, Design International announced the opening of Ada Mall, the new shopping and leisure destination of Belgrade.

The new shopping gallery in Bremen replaces the former Stadler bicycle store, which moved out of the building of EDU Duckwitz Shopping Center in 2017.

The Broodzaak locations at the Amersfoort, Haarlem and Leiden train stations will be the first to be converted to the new brand at the end of May. Current employees of Broodzaak will continue to work for the new brand, with intensive training during the transition.

Colosseum Centre, located in the north-western part of Bucharest, district 1, has attracted new fashion, leisure and food court tenants, as part of the extension plan of the commercial centre. As the construction work progresses, many tenants are interested to join Colosseum Mall. This trend is sustained by the strong performance of the existing Colosseum Centre which has given brands a great opportunity to develop their businesses in district 1, Bucharest.

Last year marked a record year for international food and beverage operators entering the London market, with 21 international concepts opening a debut site in the capital in 2018, according to research from international real estate advisor Savills. Furthermore, the firm notes that this momentum has continued into this year, with eight concepts already open and an additional 11 debut sites already in the committed pipeline.

The modern retail stock in Bucharest remained constant in 2018, at 1.2 million sq m. This level is 7% higher than in the Central-West region of the country, which reached 1,18 million sq m, and double the stock of the region of Moldova, which reaches 595,000 sq m.
