The operation of the firm’s Sustainability and ESG teams in the CEE region will be co-ordinated by Tereza Jelínková, Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Czech office. She will thus expand her existing role in the Project Development Services team where she is currently responsible for the Project Management team focused on asset level projects and sustainability.

Christina Neuper joins the management board of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management GmbH (BNPP REPM). Since 2015, she has been responsible for property management activities in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg as Regional Director and, as Head of Key Account Management Germany, for the nationwide support of existing customers.

Redevco appointed Elsbeth Quispel in the newly created role of Head of Innovation. She will be reporting to recently appointed Redevco Board Member Marrit Laning, who is responsible for Strategy & Innovation. Elsbeth will be driving the company’s PropTech strategy and broader innovation journey.

In the retail sector, the dividing line between winners and losers is particularly sharp as a result of the pandemic. Correspondingly, a substantial number of retailers in Europe will suffer from “Financial Long COVID” for years to come if politicians do not react, says Dr. Stephan Mayer-Heinisch, who spoke with ACROSS about COVID-19 from a strategic point of view.

Modesta Real Estate will collaborate with Savills to service existing clients whilst liaising with Savills’ offices and other partners in CEE to build relationships across the wider region. The company also has an office in Bratislava and will be collaborating closely with Savills’ Czech office to ensure further service delivery in Slovakia.
