London Designer Outlet (LDO) has announced that Nike is set to increase its footprint at the center by more than two thirds, as the fashion and lifestyle destination prepares for a year of new brand arrivals.

Tereza Jelínková to lead CWK’s sustainability team in CEE region

The operation of the firm’s Sustainability and ESG teams in the CEE region will be co-ordinated by Tereza Jelínková, Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Czech office. She will thus expand her existing role in the Project Development Services team where she is currently responsible for the Project Management team focused on asset level projects and sustainability.

Christina Neuper is the New Managing Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate

Christina Neuper joins the management board of BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management GmbH (BNPP REPM). Since 2015, she has been responsible for property management activities in Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg as Regional Director and, as Head of Key Account Management Germany, for the nationwide support of existing customers.

Redevco appoints Elsbeth Quispel as Head of Innovation

Redevco appointed Elsbeth Quispel in the newly created role of Head of Innovation. She will be reporting to recently appointed Redevco Board Member Marrit Laning, who is responsible for Strategy & Innovation. Elsbeth will be driving the company’s PropTech strategy and broader innovation journey.

Real estate investment market in Poland in 2021

The Polish investment market has quickly adjusted to the changes caused by the pandemic. The retail market is still spearheaded by retail parks, which have been increasingly popular among investors for the past three years.
