The new 1,400m2 food court will host eight new food and beverage concepts all to be opened by the end of May. Five are restaurants (Doppio Malto, Zangaloro, Coppola & Meusa, KFC) and three are kiosks (Cagliostro Bakery, Poke House and La Piadineria).

The pandemic has turned the world’s economy and the retail landscape on its head. Although outlet centres are not immune to the pandemic’s toll, they have recovered at a much faster pace than other retail formats when restrictions were eased or lifted.

Recently, Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) entered into an agreement for a transaction of the 59,600 sq m flagship destination in Slovakia.

Plans to deliver the long-awaited transformational mixed-use destination in Coventry city centre (London) have been unanimously approved by Coventry City Council. Shearer Property Group, the developer on the project, first revealed its outline plans to the wider public in June 2020, which have already secured £98m in funding from the West Midlands Combined Authority.
