IPH Group appoints Jürgen Kreutz as Managing Director Transactions

IPH Handelsimmobilien GmbH is strengthening its transaction lineup with the appointment of Jürgen Kreutz (56) as Managing Director Transactions. In this leading position, he will expand the group’s transaction business nationwide and with his experience in the high-street segment, his focus is on inner-city retail locations.

Niam acquires two mixed-use centers in Stockholm

Hammerson sells Silverburn shopping center to Henderson Park

Hammerson announced it has completed sales of six non-core assets for total gross cash proceeds of ~ €107.7m since the half year. The largest constituent is the exchange an unconditional contract for the sale of Silverburn, a 100,000 sq m shopping center near Glasgow.

A recent study by RegioData Research, which analyzed online stores, shows how Austrians shop on the Internet. The results are sobering: only 27% of sales remain in Austria.

Altera buys convenience center in Helmond (NL)

Altera Vastgoed NV has purchased the Brouwhorst neighbourhood shopping center in Helmond. The object is an open-air convenience center servicing the local community and was built in 1987. It consists of six blocks and was partially renovated in 2015.

Union Investment acquires food-anchored shopping center in Florida
