The British Frasers Group has failed in its bid to take control of Hugo Boss. While the retailer has increased its stake to almost 48%, shareholders backed management’s argument that the €38-per-share offer undervalued the German fashion company.

UK retail group Frasers Group has disclosed a 4.16% exposure to British luxury brand Burberry, continuing its strategy of building strategic investments across the fashion sector.
