The task is to craft an over-arching vision, customer experience and commercial masterplan strategy informed by consumer insights and trends that not only distinguishes Cenomi Centers locally but also establishes a new benchmark for the entire region.
Our forward-thinking approach will seek to break down the traditional barriers between shopping, entertainment, culture, services, amenities, and social interaction. The “Mall of The Future” will be a place where visitors don’t just shop; they explore, engage, learn, and interact.
As part of future-proofing the project and to understand the rapidly changing consumer and market dynamics and trends, Portland is working alongside data specialists, CACI, and consumer insights agency, Canvas8. This phase of work will help shape the customer vision and experience masterplan.
The new customer experience vision and masterplan strategy will be applied to 3 existing Cenomi centers in Riyadh, each one representing a different typology, with the potential of being rolled out across the rest of the shopping center portfolio.
