HBB: RATHAUS GALERIE ESSEN OPENS ITS NEW FOOD COURT

The German city Essen is getting a new center of attraction: Mid September, the new food court of the Rathaus Galerie Essen has opened its doors to the public. Moving forward it will offer customers 14 food & beverage concepts in an area of approximately 1,200 sq m.

55,000 sq m mixed-use project Waterfront Genoa (IT) serviced by Nhood

Nhood Services Italy became a service provider for the urban transformation project of Waterfront di Levante, located in Genoa. Due to the special architectural solutions made by Renzo Piano, Waterfront can be described as a low environmental impact project for the city.

Winner of Kern Award 2022 announced

During the Kern Annual Congress in the Q-Factory in Amsterdam, the ‘Groningen Grote Markt Oostzijde’ project, submitted by the Municipality of Groningen, VolkerWessels Vastgoed, and MWPO, was declared the winner of the Kern Award 2022 by jury chairman René Vierkant.

EDGE delivers mixed-use development Valley in Amsterdam to RJB Group

EDGE announces the successful delivery of its eye-catching 75,000 sq m mixed-use development Valley, designed by MVRDV, to owner RJB Group of Companies. EDGE has won the tender in 2015 and started construction in 2017 with the ambitious goal to bring a new dynamism to Amsterdam’s Zuidas.
