On behalf of the asset manager Corestate Capital Group, Multi is responsible for the operational and strategic management, as well as the refurbishment of the new hybrid center. As part of the realignment of the Stern Center, the entire spectrum of local supply plus adjacent product ranges for the Sindelfingen / Böblingen region and surrounding areas will cover around 28,400 sqm.
“The extensive conversion will create ‘big boxes’ from approx. 300 sq m to about 2,500 sq m, distributed over somewhat 34 units plus individual smaller units for services,” says Center Manager Christian Trapmann.
The move of C&A to the new space is part of the refurbishment and thus supports the redevelopment of the center. The fashion retailer has been an integral part on the center since 2006. “For this reason, we are particularly pleased with the commitment to Stern Center,” commented Guido Beddig, Managing Director Corestate Capital Group.
