ROS Retail Outlet Shopping appoints Frauke Aumann as Country Manager for Germany

Frauke Aumann has been with ROS Retail Outlet Shopping since 2017, when she joined the operator as Senior Retail Manager at City Outlet Geislingen before becoming Center Manager just a year later. Since then, she has been responsible for the strategic and operational management of the home & lifestyle outlet in Baden-Württemberg.

With a proven track record of over 30 years in retail and international studies in England, Aumann began her career in the European outlet market in 2005, proving her versatility in the sector across retail, expansion and center management on both the tenant and landlord side.

Aumann is particularly proud of her success at the helm of City Outlet Geislingen during the Covid-19 pandemic, when the outlet center was the first one in southern Germany to reopen after the strict lockdown thanks to close cooperation with local authorities and service providers as well as the quick implementation of an efficient hygiene concept that met the highest safety standards.

Aumann has expressed her enthusiasm for her new role as Country Manager, in which she will further strengthen ROS Retail Outlet Shopping in the German market. “I am thrilled about this new chapter in my career and eager to further develop not only City Outlet Geislingen, but also Designer Outlet Soltau along the local center teams, brand partners and other stakeholders. I am also very happy to represent ROS as one of the leading European outlet operators in Germany,” she explained.
