RESERVED opens flagship store at Westfield Centro

RESERVED is continuing its flagship store expansion and will open a store at Westfield Centro in mid-2025. As part of LPP SA, one of the fastest growing fashion companies in Europe, RESERVED is pursuing the goal of being represented in the most important shopping centers in Germany.

With the new opening at Westfield Centro, the largest shopping and leisure destination in Germany, RESERVED is now significantly expanding its presence. Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is once again strengthening the center’s fashion segment with the popular brand and further expanding the flagship store profile. In addition, URW is increasing the location’s supraregional appeal.

The RESERVED store will open at Westfield Centro in summer 2025. The collections, which combine the latest trends with classic shapes and patterns, will be spread over around 2,600 square meters of rental area on two levels.

Martin Kanngiesser, Managing Director of RESERVED GmbH, says: “The shopfitting will be on a par with our international flagships in London and Milan. For me, Westfield Centro is the most successful shopping center in Germany and I am very proud that we can design this very attractive space together with URW.” Marek Piechocki, CEO and co-founder of LPP SA, emphasizes: “We have come to stay”. This statement is once again underlined by this further investment by LPP in Germany.

Constantin Wiesmann, Director of Leasing Austria & Germany at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, says: “RESERVED’s plans to open a world-class store at Westfield Centro impressively demonstrates the appeal of the location in the perception of international brands. With this new addition, we are once again strengthening the fashion profile of the destination and further differentiating the brand mix. In addition, this new letting is an ideal response to the ever-increasing relevance of flagship stores, where a brand can be experienced in all its diversity in a generous space. We are very pleased about this cooperation and look forward to the opening next year.”

LPP Deutschland GmbH was founded in 2014 and is based in Hamburg. It is a company of LPP SA with headquarters in Gdansk.
