On around 550 sq m, the former space of the Reno shoe chain, the Pepco store offers trendy clothing and accessories for the whole family as well as household goods and decorative items – all of high quality and at reasonable prices. The company already has more than 3,000 stores in Europe, including over 50 in Germany.
“We are delighted to have gained this dynamic retailer as a new tenant. With its wide range of products, Pepco further strengthens the attractiveness of our center for visitors from the city and the region,” says Claudia Ullmann, Center Manager of Forum Hanau.
L’Osteria gets going in the second quarter
Pepco continues the trend of numerous new openings at Forum Hanau over the past nine months: In January 2024, Zahnmedizin Noe and Actief Personalmanagement already moved into the mixed-use property. And in the previous year, INTERSPORT Voswinkel, Unicat Candy, Bio Tech Nutrition Germany, Minibeb Kinderschuhe and the renowned law firm Otting Zinger Rechtsanwälte relocated there. The branch of the international fashion label Only and Tattoo Snake Skin have also relocated within the Forum.
In addition, the international catering company L’Osteria will bring Italian flair to Forum Hanau from the second quarter of 2024. L’Osteria will move into the two-storey restaurant space on Freiheitsplatz, which also includes an outdoor area. The expansion of the rental space is already in full swing.
