Rapid changes in the environment and in operational risks are affecting the shopping center landscape and the Nordic Council of Shopping Centers (NCSC) is actively working to support the industry with initiatives for a safe and commercial shopping center from both visitor, staff, retailer, and investment perspective.
Nordic Council of Shopping Centers is an important industry collaboration platform to share experiences and gain knowledge about commercial and safe places for the Nordic and the Baltic retail and mixed-use destinations. SAFE Asset Group is an international advisory and certification organization and partner of NCSC.
In 2016, NCSC founded a Nordic Security Network in collaboration with the international advisory and certification organization SAFE Asset Group. The network has become an important collaboration platform for NCSC members and a forum to share experiences and gain knowledge to enhance the safety of Nordic and Baltic retail and mixed-use destinations.
