The rental contract for the 2,400 sq m of retail area has already been signed. It is due to be handed over this year. The new store, located between Müller and Depot on the ground floor, is expected to open in spring 2025.

Paunsdorf Center has 150 stores and a rental area of around 113,000 sq m.
