EXCLUSIVE LOYALTY PROGRAM NOW AVAILABLE FOR ALL KAUFLAND CUSTOMERS IN EUROPE

From now on, Kaufland customers in all countries where the company is represented will benefit from their own loyalty program. After Romania, Czech Republic, Moldova, Croatia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, and Germany, the Kaufland Card is now also available in all stores in Poland, making it available throughout Europe.

Until the end of April, Polish customers can still use the Payback card in addition to the Kaufland Card, but after that, the Kaufland Card will be the only loyalty program available. The digital Kaufland Card can be quickly and easily activated in the Kaufland app for iOS and Android, free of charge. After clicking on “Sign up now” and entering the registration information, it can be used immediately. Currently, several million customers across all countries are already members of the Kaufland Card, making it an attractive loyalty program for the retailer’s 1,500 stores and online marketplaces Kaufland.de and Kaufland.sk.

In Germany, the Kaufland Card has been available in over 750 Kaufland stores and the online marketplace since October 2021, creating a connection between the physical and digital shopping worlds. The Kaufland Card helps the company to better understand its customers and to keep them excited about Kaufland in the long term.

“With the Kaufland Card, we have created a program in all countries that offers our customers real added value with every purchase. This is achieved through a combination of different benefits such as extra discounts, coupons, or competitions. We are constantly expanding this benefit world. We are delighted that our Polish customers can now benefit from it,” said Carina Giewald, Head of Customer Relationship Management at Kaufland International.
