Berlin///Germany – umdasch The Store Makers supported the international clinic operator’s market entry with comprehensive general contracting services and realized the new clinics at two prominent locations: on the exclusive Kurfürstendamm and in Berlin’s newest shopping arcade at Tacheles on Friedrichstraße.
Covering around 140 square meters each, two almost identically designed clinics were created on Ku’damm and on Friedrichstraße, consistently continuing the existing Aever design concept. Harmoniously coordinated materials and colors, uniform furnishings and striking architectural elements such as the illuminated, circular passageway create a high level of brand recognition and strengthen the brand identity across all locations.

Collaborative Partnership from Planning to Implementation
Whilst PRJCT WRKS was responsible for the architectural planning of both sites, umdasch The Store Makers, as general contractor, took charge of the complete implementation of the two Berlin sites – from the demolition of existing commercial spaces through to drywall and painting work, as well as electrical installations and HVAC systems. Within a construction period of around six weeks, the existing design concept was realized precisely and on schedule. “Despite the tight schedule and the complex adaptations to the centre’s technical systems and applicable building regulations, we were able to complete both locations on time and to our client’s complete satisfaction,” said Peter Denker, Branch Manager at umdasch The Store Makers, regarding the project’s progress.

The client also highlighted the positive nature of the collaboration: “The partnership with umdasch was very collaborative and professional right from the start. From planning to final implementation, the project ran smoothly – underpinned by a shared understanding of quality and design,” emphasized Mel Cadman, COO and co-founder of Aever Clinics.
Healthcare Reimagined – In the Heart of Berlin’s Prime Locations
With its new locations, Aever Clinics is deliberately positioning itself in high-traffic, urban retail areas. Both on the historic Kurfürstendamm and in the newly developed area around the Tacheles, it is evident how modern health and beauty services can be successfully integrated into classic retail environments – with a clear focus on brand impact, functionality and a feel-good aesthetic.
