Martin Hemetsberger completed his law studies at the University of Salzburg. He also completed a combined law and economics degree with a Master’s degree. In 2013, he started his career in the real estate sector at SES Spar European Shopping Centers as a project manager in the Real Estate Development division. Since then, he has been primarily responsible for the joint venture of the managed shopping street in the Seestadt Aspern urban development area. He has also gained extensive experience in other retail and mixed-use projects in Austria and neighboring countries.
The Salzburg native has now been given overall responsibility for the Development division. With his expertise in the field of district and neighborhood development, he has the ideal qualifications to further develop the Development division in the interests of vibrant living spaces in the long term.
