Savills and SRS join forces for strategic alliance

Savills announced that it formed a strategic alliance with SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS).

Mark Ridley, Global CEO of Savills comments, “Aligning our Worldwide platform, comprising over 600 offices across 70 countries with dedicated expertise across all retail sectors, allows us to provide comprehensive advice to our clients across the Global Retail markets.“

SRS has more than 300 professionals across 27 offices, dedicated solely to servicing retail clients. In the last 12 months, they have represented over 1,100 clients and completed more than $4.5 billion in transactions.

“We are excited to strengthen our alliance with Savills,” said Chris Maguire, CEO and chairman of the board for SRS. “This alliance is the latest example of SRS evolving to meet growing client needs. For our clients whose needs extend beyond retail and outside of the US, this is big news.” 

“Along with our existing retail team in Canada and across the UK, Europe and the Asia Pacific, the addition of SRS in the US will be a major step forward to complete our international retail network,” said Sam Foyle, Co-Head of the Prime Global Retail Team
