Over the course of the year, several new concepts were secured for QUARREE. GameBros! opened as an owner-operated gaming and pop culture concept combining retail, community and experience. Your Fried Chicken expanded the centre’s food & beverage offering with a contemporary fast-food concept.

A particular focus was placed on the ongoing optimisation of the tenant mix through established brands and innovative new concepts. Fielmann, Germany’s market leader in optical retail, opened a new store at the centre.

MediaMarkt Xpress strengthened the technology offering with a compact, service-oriented store format.

The sector mix was further complemented by D&P perfumum in the beauty and lifestyle segment, by Master Noodle—an Asian fast-casual concept in the fresh food area with a focus on freshly prepared noodle dishes—and by Private Brands. The long-standing tenant expanded its commitment at QUARREE by opening a second location featuring an owner-operated service and customisation concept.

These new openings not only broadened the overall range of offerings but also further sharpened QUARREE’s positioning as a popular, urban neighbourhood centre.

The positive momentum is set to continue: additional concepts are already in the pipeline and will further strengthen the location going forward. Among them, Snipes will join the tenant line-up as a prominent new brand in the first quarter of 2026.

Further modernisation, expansion and conceptual upgrades are also planned by existing tenants. These include, among others, the refurbishment of Bijou Brigitte, the expansion of Blume 2000, construction measures at Tchibo and the extension of the pick-up station at Thalia.
Roland von Rospatt, the landlord responsible for QUARREE Wandsbek, says:
“2025 was a year of visible progress for QUARREE. The new tenants are exemplary of our leasing strategy: strong brands, attractive concepts and offerings that meaningfully complement everyday life in Wandsbek while continuously enhancing the location. We will consistently continue this development in 2026, with further modernisations, expansions and new impulses for our visitors.”
QUARREE Wandsbek is owned by Union Investment. Centre management and leasing are handled by Sonae Sierra.
