This project, which has involved an investment of close to 9 million euros, has been inspired by the latest trends in design and dining experience and features 15 different dining concepts and a terrace with privileged views of the Tagus River.
The architectural concept, planning and execution of the work were carried out by Reify, resulting in a modern space that combines distinctive elements of great value with the highest international standards. This approach elevates the visitor experience and ensures optimal environmental and energy efficiency standards.
This new 3,300 sq m space combines a contemporary design with a diversified gastronomic offer, positioning itself as a reference project in the restaurant sector. The 15 new gastronomic concepts offer a unique experience and complement the existing offer in the Vasco da Gama Center.
Among the highlights of the River Deck are concepts such as Portugália Cervejaria, Panda Cantina, FURIO and Poke House. Santa Francesinha by Cufra is also present, bringing the well-known Porto delicacy to Lisbon, while Gulden Draak offers a selection of Belgian craft beers for enthusiasts.
River Deck also continues to expand with the arrival of new dining concepts, including Cervejaria Malandra, Vietnamese Tre-Bambu, Forno do Leitão do Zé, and Las Muns. Meanwhile, Feel Rio, is bringing the flavors of Brazil to the shopping center.
With this project, Sierra and CBRE IM have reaffirmed their ability to transform and create value in their assets, consolidating their position as a key player in the creation of spaces that combine innovation, sustainability and quality.
