Opened in October 2020, La Torre Outlet Zaragoza is since recently BREEAM certified, a recognition that is reserved exclusively for entities and organisations with a sustainable construction and that want to be actively involved in the dissemination of these values in the real estate sector.



With ‘Excellent’ ratings in both asset performance and asset management, La Torre Outlet Zaragoza has been recognised for the functionality, flexibility and durability of its buildings, which guarantee a much more sustainable environment in the long-term.
