The Entrecampos Project, promoted by Fidelidade Property, is one of the largest and most impactful mixed-use projects developed in the Portuguese capital in recent decades. Spanning 330,000 sq m of gross construction area, the project features ten iconic buildings designed by world-renowned architects, including two Pritzker prize winners. A transformative venture that will redefine Lisbon’s urban landscape and set new standards for innovation and excellence across Portugal.
EntreCampos includes seven office buildings and three residential buildings, interconnected by an innovative set of High Street Curated Retail, an innovative concept that will have restaurants and outdoor leisure spaces, integrated into 17,000 sq m of public spaces, mostly gardens for the enjoyment of Lisbon residents and visitors.

The hybrid commercial area (open-air/covered) includes a high street concept filled with flagship stores alongside exciting dining choices. Offering a curated multi-layered retail experience, with extensive parks and open spaces, the retail development also features a 8,500 sq m “food district”.
EntreCampos is a project that was conceived and designed in order to merge the city and openness towards the citizens, with different passageways that allow the perfect interconnection with the existing urban fabric, thus enhancing the project’s connection with the local community. The development aims to create various green areas that leverage different environments, promote biodiversity and are perfectly integrated into the local ecosystem. Designed to bring a new centrality to Lisbon, and scheduled for completion in the first half of 2027, EntreCampos will also be a world reference in the area of innovation and sustainability in all its dimensions.
The location is also a key aspect of the project’s approach: it is situated in one of the most well-connected areas of Lisbon, served by a range of mobility network and cycle paths that surrounds the area should be highlighted. These are some of the key aspects that contributed most strongly to the Portuguese project being recognized as “Best New Mega Development” at the 2025 MIPIM Awards.
With sustainability and community engagement at its core, EntreCampos is setting new standards for large-scale neighbourhood developments on a European level. The extensive use of geothermal and solar energy throughout the project, sustainable water strategies, the incorporation of smart and future-ready technologies, expansive green and public spaces and terraces, wide scale community initiatives, amenities and public engagement have seen EntreCampos already recognized by leading certification bodies including USGBC and WiredScore.
