NEINVER appoints Isabel Coloigner Head of Leasing for Germany, France and the Netherlands

Isabel will lead leasing activities for the three markets, which together feature over 400 units and a GLA spanning 85,800 sq m. As part of her role, she will offer growth opportunities to existing brand partners and identify and partner with new brands to ensure the commercial success of the centres in the three countries. 

Isabel benefits from more than 20 years of experience, having worked mainly in Leasing departments and, until her current promotion, having been NEINVER’s Leasing Manager in several of the Company’s assets – heading the leasing of Amsterdam The Style Outlets for the past year. Prior to joining NEINVER, she was the Retail Leasing Manager at Klépierre for the Company’s assets in Spain. Isabel has also worked for companies such as El Corte Inglés and Zenit Hoteles.
