Bershka’s 830 sq m store, which will be the largest in Bavaria, and Pull&Bear’s directly neighbouring 900 sq m store will be located on the first floor of Riem Arcaden. Operator Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) is thus sharpening the young fashion profile of the center and further enhancing the attractiveness of Riem Arcaden as a retail and leisure destination.
In the foreseeable future, Bershka and Pull&Bear will open their doors in Riem Arcaden to present a total of almost 2,000 sq m of rental area – Bershka`s floor space amounting to an area of around 830 sq m and Pull&Bear`s of 900 sq m. Both brands have also rented adittional storage space.
Constantin Wiesmann, Director of Leasing Austria & Germany at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, says: “We are very pleased about the further expansion of our strategic partnership with Inditex in Germany. The city quarter Riem Arcaden is managed by Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield on behalf of Union Investment Real Estate.
