On Thursday, 22 May 2025, Designer Outlet Kraków officially opened its doors, bringing a new smart shopping destination to Kraków and the Lesser Poland region. Developed by KG Group and operated by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, the 19,000 sqm GLA premium outlet center brings together more than 120 international and Polish brands offering 30–70% off all year round.
The opening celebration was marked by a festive pink ribbon-cutting ceremony, with key figures including Krzysztof Gaczorek, CEO of KG Group; Marek Koźmiński, Co-Founder of KG Group; Thomas Reichenauer, Co-Founder & Managing Director of ROS Retail Outlet Shopping; and Wojciech Pawłowski, Centre Manager of Designer Outlet Kraków.
“We are proud to see this vision become reality. Designer Outlet Kraków stands for quality, accessibility and modern convenience—and marks a new chapter in retail for the city and the region,” said Krzysztof Gaczorek, CEO at KG Group.

Smart Shopping Meets Urban Convenience
Home to an exclusive mix of over 120 fashion and lifestyle brands like adidas, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, Puma, Calvin Klein, Swarovski, Desigual, New Balance and many more, Designer Outlet Kraków elevates the shopping experience with nine dining options including Starbucks, a children’s play area and a coworking space—blending fashion, food and convenience under one roof.
Designed with sustainability in mind, Designer Outlet Kraków aims for BREEAM certification and creates an inviting atmosphere with natural light pouring in through skylights, wide corridors and cosy relaxation areas that turn shopping into an enjoyable leisure experience.
“Designer Outlet Kraków is more than a shopping destination—it’s a new social hub for the local community and a welcoming stop for visitors. As our fourth project in Poland, it reflects our continued commitment to creating places where shopping, leisure and lifestyle go hand in hand.”
A Prime Location for Growth
Strategically located at the crossroads of Nowohucka and Galicyjska streets in Kraków, the outlet is seamlessly integrated into a 12-hectare mixed-use retail area that includes two established Atut retail parks. Its location on the doorstep of Nowa Huta, Kraków’s largest residential district, positions the outlet at the center of a fast-growing urban area.
Accessibility is a key strength: the center is connected via major road networks, including the A4 motorway (Wrocław–Kraków–Rzeszów) and the S7 expressway (Gdańsk–Warsaw–Kraków). A dedicated on-site bus stop and over 2,000 parking spaces, both above and underground, ensure easy access for shoppers from near and far.
As Poland’s second most-visited city, Kraków offers an ideal setting for this new outlet concept to thrive—welcoming residents and tourists alike seeking fashion, leisure and convenience in one location.
