Ylva Sarby Westman new CFO of Kungsleden

With 25 years in the industry, 11 of which in various senior positions at Kungsleden, she is one of the most experienced and well-qualified people in the real estate sector. Ylva will succeed Kungsleden’s current CFO Magnus Jacobsson on 1 May this year.

Ylva Sarby Westman was born in 1973 and has an Master of Science in Engineering with a specialisation in real estate finance from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. She was also Deputy CEO of Newsec Investment and Head of Property Development at NCC Property Development before starting at Kungsleden in 2009.Fredrik Sandell has worked for nine years at Kungsleden and has been the company’s Treasurer since 2016. He is an economics graduate from Mälardalen University and previously worked at Skandiabanken, amoung other companies.
