Top Deal from IPH Gruppe: flaconi Opens Munich Flagship

IPH Gruppe secures flaconi’s first flagship store near Munich’s Marienplatz, marking a major win as the online beauty leader expands into premium city center locations.

Munich///Germany – IPH Gruppe has secured a prime retail lease in Munich’s city center: flaconi, Germany’s leading online beauty and fragrance retailer, will open its first flagship store near Marienplatz in late 2026. The approximately 600 square meter retail space is located in a high-quality new development project backed by a Munich family office, with IPH Gruppe advising on the leasing transaction.

With more than 5.5 million customers, flaconi ranks among Europe’s most successful e-commerce companies. The company has already announced additional flagship locations for 2027 at Berlin’s Hackescher Markt and on Frankfurt’s Zeil shopping street.

flaconi’s assortment covers approximately 1,000 national and international brands with around 50,000 products across fragrance, skincare, makeup, hair care, natural cosmetics, beauty tools, and accessories. Founded in 2011, the company operates with roughly 700 employees from 60 countries across its Berlin-Charlottenburg headquarters and its logistics center in Halle.
