Søstrene Grene opened its doors on 13 March, bringing its Scandinavian lifestyle offer to the center for the first time. The Danish brand’s distinctive Nordic design aesthetic drew strong opening-day footfall, with queues forming ahead of launch — a clear signal of local consumer appetite for the concept.

On the food and beverage side, Immergrün adds a health-focused proposition to the center’s catering mix, with its offer centered on freshly prepared smoothies and cold-pressed juices. Takko Fashion, meanwhile, reinforces the fashion line-up with its established value positioning, targeting trend- and price-conscious shoppers. Both stores are scheduled to open in the coming months.

“The new lettings underline the continuous development of Galerie Roter Turm. They are the result of the consistent implementation of our center and leasing strategy. The recent lettings confirm retailers’ confidence in the long-term viability of the location and the professional work of our on-site teams.”
Lars Jähnichen, Managing Director of IPH Gruppe
The signings follow a strong 2025 leasing run that brought in Ditsch, Pandora, a new tobacco store and Gifts & Genuss.
“As a central retail destination in Chemnitz, Galerie Roter Turm is an attractive proposition for established retail and F&B brands. With these additions, we are creating further footfall drivers and enhancing the overall dwell experience for our visitors,” said Doreen Malinowski, Leasing Manager at IPH.
Galerie Roter Turm comprises around 27,000 sq m of retail space, 3,000 sq m of F&B and 6,600 sq m of cinema space, with more than 60 specialist stores anchored by a large multiplex cinema.
