Jeans Fritz and Cookie Lab are two attractive new concepts joining the location in the heart of Böblingen. In addition, the space previously occupied by Cigköftem has been successfully re-let as part of an operator change. The popular food concept will remain available to visitors and will return with an expanded product range.
Jeans Fritz will occupy 290 square meters, offering trendy jeans and casual wear for men and women. Cookie Lab is moving into MERCADEN® Böblingen to treat guests to a variety of sweet cookie creations, with a shop space of around 31 square meters. On approximately 30 square meters, Cigköftem will serve savory, vegan snacks and dishes. All three shops will be located on the ground floor of MERCADEN® Böblingen, with openings planned for the second half of 2026. Sonae Sierra, operator of MERCADEN® Böblingen, is handling the leasing on behalf of the owner.
