Fiba Commercial Properties earned LEED Platinum for its sustainable MallDova Centre development in Chișinău.

Chișinău///Moldova – Fiba Commercial Properties has been awarded the highest level of sustainability certification, LEED Platinum, for its projects Shopping MallDova, Courtyard by Marriott Chișinău, and Malldova Centre in Moldova. These projects have been certified for their compliance with international environmental standards.

Fiba Commercial Properties (Fiba CP) continues to strengthen its position in the global arena by reinforcing its strong performance in international real estate investment and project development with prestigious awards and certifications. Achieving a significant milestone in sustainability, Fiba CP has been awarded LEED Platinum certification—the highest level of international environmental standards—for its Shopping MallDova, Courtyard by Marriott Chișinău, and Malldova Centre projects, developed in partnership with Anchor Group and Summa in Eastern Europe. This certification not only validates the projects’ sustainability performance on a global scale but also stands as a strong testament to Fiba CP’s approach shaped by environmental responsibility, efficient asset management, and long-term value creation.
