Tatjana Fiedler (55) has been working in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and during this time has gained extensive experience in asset management, property management and transaction management for the asset classes residential, commercial and retail. Before joining DIR, she worked for GRR Real Estate Management GmbH, first as a property manager and later as an asset manager in the basic retail segment.
In spring 2020 Deutsche Investment’s first fund in the local supply asset class was launched. Named “Deutsche Investment – Food Retail I,” the fund is structured as an open-ended real estate special AIF. The planned investment volume of EUR 300 million is intended for commitments in sustainable and forward-looking grocery retail locations.
