Trei opens another three Vendo Parks in Poland

Trei Real Estate GmbH (“Trei”), an international developer
and asset holder for residential and retail real estate, just opened another three retail parks of
the Vendo Park brand in Poland.

ambas Real Estate: First DECATHLON branch in Münster

On behalf of the property owner, ambas Real Estate GmbH has successfully let 5,000 sq m of space of the York-Center retail park in Münster to the french sporting goods manufacturer and retailer DECATHLON.

IMMOFINANZ AG: Changes in the Executive Board

After the completion of the mandatory takeover offer of CPI Property Group on IMMOFINANZ, today the Supervisory Board and the members of the Executive Board Dietmar Reindl and Stefan Schönauer mutually agreed in relation to the Change of Control Event, that their contract as board members shall end on the 8th of June 2022. Dietmar Reindl and Stefan Schönauer will continue to work for the Company as advisors to the Executive and Supervisory Board until 31st of December 2022.
