Receiving the Gold status of the Shore Certificate confirms that the shopping center meets the highest standards of operational risks and provides a safe environment for visitors, tenants, and staff.

During the process, operational governance and resilience are assessed. Areas such as property management systems&governance, business continuity, and the management of tenants and visitors were verified on-site at the shopping center.
