Nick brings more than 30 years’ real estate experience, having had influential roles at Knight Frank, Berkeley Group and CEG, in delivering high-profile schemes across multiple sectors. His experience includes asset managing Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth; delivering EQ in Bristol (a BCO award-winning office building that set a new regional rental benchmark) and securing consent for a 1,500-unit Build to Rent scheme opposite Birmingham New Street station, as well as a 72-storey mixed-use tower in Canary Wharf.

RivingtonHark is leveraging this expertise across its growing pipeline of mixed-use regeneration schemes. The firm is delivering over £500 million of regeneration projects for both public and private sector partners, transforming shopping centers into diversified, income-producing town and city centers through repositioning and repurposing.

Recent new mandates include Sheffield City Council’s Heart of the City scheme, comprising 500,000 sq ft of offices let to HSBC, DLA Piper and CMS, with potential to develop a further 100,000 sq ft. In Swansea, the firm has delivered a state-of-the-art arena for Swansea Council and is also in pre-contract discussions on a 35,000 sq ft Grade A office development.

Across its development management pipeline, the business is master planning more than 600 new homes, including a 350-unit Build to Rent scheme, alongside a range of complementary uses such as healthcare, leisure and public sector facilities.

David Lewis, Managing Director and co-owner, RivingtonHark, said: “With many UK towns and cities under pressure, we have a strong pipeline of opportunities to create vibrant, reimagined urban spaces. I have long respected Nick’s ability to deliver complex, high-profile developments, and his appointment not only strengthens our leadership but brings the cross-sector expertise essential for delivering sustainable, thriving communities.”

“Town and city center sregeneration now demands a far more sophisticated approach, bringing together the right mix of uses, strong asset repositioning and long-term stewardship. RivingtonHark has built an impressive track record in this space and has a healthy pipeline, and I’m looking forward to helping scale that delivery across offices, residential and truly mixed-use environments for both public and private sector partners,” states Nick Lee, Executive Director, RivingtonHark.
