Redevco has appointed Josh Tyler as Senior Asset Manager within its Asset and Transaction Management UK team, based in London. Tyler brings over 12 years of specialist experience in out-of-town retail asset management and leasing, most recently serving as Senior Asset Manager at M7 Real Estate, where he spent five years working across retail parks and office assets.
In his new role, Tyler will work alongside Lauren Chew to execute and grow Redevco’s Retail Parks strategy, with a focus on identifying value-enhancement and performance opportunities across the portfolio. He will also provide support to the company’s Logistics team, broadening his remit across asset classes.
Deborah Green, Head of Asset and Transaction Management UK, said Tyler’s background at M7 brings directly relevant perspective as Redevco continues to develop its Retail Parks and Logistics strategies in the UK market.
