The popular 102,000 sq m Sello Centre has more than 170 shops and services, including a concert hall, hotel, and library. This is the second shopping center in Finland to select Placewise as their proptech partner in less than a month.

But until recently shopping centers in Finland didn’t offer digital loyalty programs to their shoppers. “There was a time in the retail real estate industry when loyalty programs were considered the domain of retailers, centers left the customer relationships up to brands. We’re seeing increased interest from shopping centers all over the world, who now see the valuable asset customer relationships have proven to be for retailers and they want to get started yesterday.”
