The new store operates in NORMAL’s modern flagship format across approximately 550 sq m. The assortment spans skincare, haircare, makeup, snacks, and beverages, combining established brand-name products with international trend items and exclusive articles available only through NORMAL, all at permanently fixed low prices.
A key draw is the retailer’s offer of trending international products and hard-to-find items not typically stocked in conventional retail. NORMAL also refreshes its range continuously, adding around 100 new products per week.

The shopping experience follows what the brand calls its “treasure hunt” principle: customers move through a clearly guided circuit, discovering new products and personal favorites at each visit. The mix of recognized brands, exclusive items, international trends, and competitive price points is central to the format’s appeal.

Dr. Heidelinde Zinser, Center Manager at ShoppingCity Seiersberg, commented: “We are very proud to welcome NORMAL to our center as the first location in Styria. The company’s decision to choose ShoppingCity Seiersberg once again demonstrates the strong draw and attractiveness of our site.”
Mag. Anton Cech, Managing Director of ShoppingCity Seiersberg, added: “With the opening of the first NORMAL store outside Vienna, ShoppingCity Seiersberg gains an attractive international partner. NORMAL’s decision to choose our location confirms our position as one of Austria’s leading retail destinations. We see ourselves not just as a retail site, but as a platform for the future of our retail partners.”

“Our goal is to create the best possible conditions for growth, innovation, and sustainable commercial success. The fact that renowned international brands choose ShoppingCity Seiersberg for their market entry into Austria is clear evidence that we are on the right path.”
