New tenants for Nivy Station

HB Reavis is developing the mix-used scheme Stanica Nivy in the emerging Nove Nivy zone in Bratislava.

This autumn, Nivy Station – the heart of the Nové Nivy zone – will be beating to the same rhythm of every lover of shopping, good food and relaxation. Almost three quarters of the centre already know its future tenants thanks, in no small part, to the latest addition – the fashion chain LPP, which will bring its entire portfolio to Nivy Station.

Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito, and Sinsay will occupy nearly 6,000 square metres, the largest area on the market, and LPP’s flagship brand Reserved will even present itself as a two-storey concept.

Flagship stores

This extraordinary project will be the centre of the emerging Nové Nivy zone, but it simultaneously aspires to comfortably serve customers from all over the Bratislava region. Therefore, it will not only have one supermarket concept, but two. In addition to LidlYeme will open its largest operation on the market and bring many new features, including a gluten-free bakery. Vapiano restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine will be the newcomer on the market.

The online retailer Alza will also move from the temporary bus station to the new premises, bringing a showroom as well as the Alza Drive concept.
