The center was presented with a gold award in the category ‘New Shopping Centre’ and received a silver award for its opening campaign. The PRCH Retail Awards’ jury said it appreciated Forum Gdańsk’s cooperation with the Gdańsk city council and local institutions, which together implemented the project in a private-public partnership. Forum Gdańsk’s opening campaign was praised for its bold strategy, the honesty of its communication, creative crisis management and its involvement of the local community.

We offer visitors a beautiful space, unique architecture and a commercial offering enriched with culture and entertainment. We are pleased that this is appreciated by our retailers and customers and now has been recognised by the PRCH Retail Awards jury”, said Magdalena Gibney, Center Manager Forum Gdańsk.
“Customer feedback is very important to us, because knowing their expectations gives us the opportunity to tailor our offering accordingly. We have been looking to establish a dialogue with visitors right from the beginning. And this turns out to have been the right strategy. Over 12.5 million people visited Forum Gdańsk in the first 365 days after its opening in 2018,” added Antoine Mocachen, Managing Director Central & Eastern Europe at Multi Corporation.
