With this, MEC continues its growth trajectory and underscores its expertise in the sustainable operation and future-oriented development of high-traffic retail locations.

- Kinzigbogen, Hanau: Retail park with approximately 47,000 m² of rental space and around 1,000 parking spaces; anchor tenants: REWE, dm, Expert, Roller.
- Röthenbach Center, Nuremberg: Retail park with approximately 14,000 m² of rental space and around 400 parking spaces; anchor tenants: Edeka, dm, Deichmann.
