Mallson’s MultiBox retail park opened in Szamotuły, Poland

Mallson Polska consulting company was responsible for the commercial concept and leasing of the facility. On a leasable area of almost 5,000 sq m, popular brands such as Sinsay, Martes Sport, 4F, CCC, Empik, Smyk, Rossmann, and more have opened their stores. 

Maciej Celmer, the vice-president of Mallson is convinced: “We have attracted attractive brands of chain tenants to MultiBox–also those not present in the city so far.”

The venue has a comfortable and spacious parking lot for motorists, with several hundred free spaces. MultiBox is one of the biggest retail park chains in Poland. Currently, the chain comprises 14 retail parks (Świecie, Tczew, Ciechanów, Łask, Siedlce, 2 facilities in Ostrów Wlkp., Dęblin, Nowy Tomyśl, Płońsk, Głogów, Warszawa Wilanów and Trzcianka). The investor, contractor and the target manager of the facility is Zakład Budowlano-Remontowy BUDREM seated in Ostrów Wielkopolski.
