Mall of Tripla awarded with GOLD-level SHORE certificate as Finland’s first

The certification was conducted by SAFE Asset Group. The assessment criteria are based on operators’ practices for operational resilience and security and how they are implemented and maintained. 

“We believe that the importance of a safe customer experience is playing an important role also in the future,” says Kati Kivimäki, Shopping Center Director of Mall of Tripla.

Six core areas were evaluated: Risk and management systems, property protection, visitors and guest experience, occupier management, safety and security, and crisis and business continuity. These evaluations were done by the audit of the safety management, documentation, and cooperation. The audit also mapped the operation of security equipment in the property from the perspective of the customer, the tenant, and the property owner.
