Staudacher has extensive leasing experience – from shopping centers and outlet formats to inner-city projects. Most recently, since 2023, he was responsible at LBBW Immobilien Development GmbH for leasing the new-build project Vier Giebel in Stuttgart as well as QBUS in Esslingen.
From 2019 to 2023, he served as Senior Leasing Manager at OUTLETCITY AG in Metzingen. In this role, he oversaw numerous leasing transactions, including deals with international retail concepts. Prior to that, he worked for ECE Projektmanagement GmbH & Co. KG from 2007 onward, where he was responsible for leasing various shopping centers.
