Palais Vest stands out for its modern architecture and high sustainability standards. Among other certifications, the center holds DGNB Platinum certification, meeting stringent ESG criteria. In addition to its established market position, the property offers further development potential, particularly through the continued evolution of the tenant mix and the targeted optimization of individual areas.
