It might be Vienna, Ljubljana or Maribor – when international brands are planning to enter a market, they very often specifically select shopping centers managed by SES Spar European Shopping Centers. The latest debuts in Austria and Slovenia prove that SES locations are top addresses for strong brands with international appeal. With the market launches of KIKO Milano in July and Fashion&Friends in the fall, SES welcomes two strong retail brands making their debut in Slovenia. And as further proof of how attractive the SES locations are, the international brand HIGGINS is launching at HUMA ELEVEN at the end of August.
The latest store openings underline a clear trend: SES shopping centers are not just retail locations, but vibrant environments with a high customer footfall, a great variety of brands and architectural quality. International retailers value this, and specifically opt for SES to make their debut.
Market launches in Slovenia: KIKO Milano and Fashion&Friends
With the market launches of KIKO Milano and Fashion&Friends, SES welcomes two strong retail brands to Slovenia for the first time – exclusively at SES shopping destinations: KIKO Milano launches at EUROPARK Maribor in July and at CITYPARK Ljubljana in the fall. Fashion&Friends also follows in the fall with its first store in Slovenia, also at CITYPARK Ljubljana. Behind the concept is Fashion Company, a market leader in fashion retail in south-east Europe. The choice of locations speaks for itself: footfall, accessibility and shopping quality are convincing arguments.

Austria: HIGGINS makes its world debut at HUMA ELEVEN
Further proof of the attractiveness of the SES locations is the international brand launch of HIGGINS – an innovative retail concept offering major-brand fashion at attractive prices. The new 500 sq m store opens at the end of August at HUMA ELEVEN Vienna. The product range includes streetwear, sneakers, accessories and lifestyle for all the family – with brands such as Puma, Under Armour, Levi’s, JDY and the HIGGINS own brand.

Christoph Andexlinger, CEO SES Spar European Shopping Centers says: “We are thrilled that international partners see our shopping destinations as their first choice for their market entry. With our focus on the highest quality standards and our customers’ needs, we successfully create the framework conditions that drive the brands and delight people.”
