ECE Takes Over Management For Another Shopping Center In Türkiye

ECE Marketplaces is expanding its management portfolio in Türkiye by another shopping center and is taking over the management of “Agaoglu Cekmeköy Park” in Istanbul with its national company ECE Türkiye.

ECE Marketplaces will thus manage a total of twelve shopping centers in Turkey with a total rental space of around 600,000 sq m. Most recently, ECE Türkiye had already taken over the management mandates for two further shopping centers in Istanbul: “V Metroway” and “Palladium Atasehir”.

“Agaoglu Cekmeköy Park” is part of a mixed-use development in Istanbul’s dynamically growing Cekmeköy district with a total of 739 modern residential units and a shopping center with around 100 stores and a rental space of 25,000 sq m, offering modern architecture and spacious green areas as well as a varied retail and restaurant offering. The shopping center is scheduled to open at the end of 2024.

ECE Türkiye is responsible for the asset and property management, leasing and concept optimization for the shopping center. The client and developer for the project is the Turkish investor and project development company Agaoglu Group of Companies, which is investing more than 200 million euros in total in the project.
