From March 11 to 14, McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Parndorf will host its annual “Late Night Shopping Days,” marking the start of the spring retail season with extended opening hours, substantial discounts, and an expanded brand offering.

The four-day event combines price reductions of up to 80% off original retail prices with longer trading hours. From Wednesday to Friday, the center will remain open until 9:00 p.m., with Saturday trading until 6:00 p.m. Notably, on Wednesday, March 11, the outlet will open earlier than usual at 8:30 a.m., providing visitors with additional shopping time.

Seasonal Momentum Meets Outlet Strategy

Positioned as a spring kick-off initiative, the campaign aims to capitalize on seasonal purchasing behavior while reinforcing the outlet’s value proposition. International designer and premium brands — including adidas, Michael Kors, and Diesel — are featured as part of the promotional period.

The assortment spans fashion and activewear categories, reflecting continued consumer demand for performance-driven and lifestyle-oriented products. Brands such as Converse, Guess, Karl Lagerfeld, The North Face, Puma, and Jack Wolfskin contribute to a cross-category offer targeting both fashion-focused and sports-oriented consumers.

A key anchor within the center is the recently expanded Nike store. With more than 1,500 sqm of retail space, it ranks among the largest Nike outlet stores in Europe, reinforcing the center’s positioning as a leading destination for sports and lifestyle retail.

Beyond retail, the outlet continues to leverage its food and beverage offering to extend dwell time. Visitors can choose between the on-site Food Truck Area and permanent restaurant concepts, including Café Sacher and wagamama, reflecting a mix of Austrian heritage brands and international casual dining operators.

“Spring stands for renewal, motivation, and the desire for something new — and that is precisely the sentiment we aim to capture with the Late Night Shopping Days. Extended opening hours, an earlier start on Wednesday, and significant promotional offers create an experience that goes beyond traditional outlet shopping.”

Mario Schwann, General Manager of McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Parndorf

Accessibility and Infrastructure Investment

Located approximately 30 minutes from Vienna, the outlet benefits from strong regional and cross-border accessibility. Shuttle bus connections from Vienna, Bratislava, and Budapest provide direct links to the center, while rail travelers can use an e-bus transfer service from the nearby train station.

The property has also invested in e-mobility infrastructure. With 100 charging stations and integrated charging screens, the center operates one of Austria’s largest EV charging hubs, aligning with broader sustainability and convenience strategies.
