Denis Cupic becomes Managing Director of redserve Zagreb

The ATP consulting subsidiary redserve is expanding in Central and Eastern Europe. And the Croatian entrepreneur Denis Cupic is playing a leading role.

For around six months, he has been a managing partner with responsibility for key account management in the CEE and SEE Regions; and as a senior consultant he is also responsible for commercial real estate projects.

Denis Cupic is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and an expert for turnaround and complex properties in challenging economic times. As a project leader and key account manager he has supported corporate clients including REWE, IKEA Industrial, ALDI, Westgate, and a number of banks and other financial institutions on the Central and Eastern European real estate market. In parallel with his responsibilities with redserve, the 44-year-old heads the Croatian real estate management group F. O. / Group. Cupic is involved in professional bodies such as the Association of Property Developers, of which he is president, and heads the Croatian Organization of Non-Food Retailers and Shopping Centers.

Cupic is also remaining true to his credo thinking ahead makes your real estate work for you” – at redserve. Together with Josef Liegl and Christian Grottenthaler from redserve in Innsbruck and Annemarie Lippert from the company’s office in Essen he is working hard to raise the profile of the consulting company and of its services to clients even higher.

About redserve
ATP’s subsidiary for real estate development consulting has been present in Austria, Southern Germany, and the CEE Region since 2004. It accompanies clients through all project phases as a means of enabling them to take well-founded decisions; the project decision in the analysis phase, the investment decision in the concept phase, and the construction decision in the planning phase. Support from redserve enables clients to obtain certainty about location, costs, sales, and approvals during all these phases. Since June 2020, redserve has been setting new accents with Design and Construction Management in the integral handling of real estate projects.
